If you have a "Non-Bell" landline (eg: Primus, Yak, Tek, etc.):
Please email sales@megastream.net with your complete address, and we will verify if Dsl service is available at your address. If service is available, please call your phone provider and ask for the "circuit number" of your phone line. On our signup form, enter the circuit number in the appropriate area.
If you have a "Unlisted Bell" landline:
Please email sales@megastream.net with your complete address, and we will verify if Dsl service is available at your address.
If you have Rogers Home Phone:
Please email sales@megastream.net with your complete address, and we will verify if Dsl service is available at your address. If service is available, you must order Dry-Loop Dsl. We will email you which Zone you are in.
If you have a VoIP phone (or no phone):
Please email sales@megastream.net with your complete address, and we will verify if Dsl service is available at your address. If service is available, you must order Dry-Loop Dsl. We will email you which Zone you are in.
Note:
A telephone number which qualifies for high speed does not guarantee service availability. There are various technical issues which may not allow the line to be provisioned with high speed access. While attempting to provision the line, we may find technical issues or degradated copper lines which aren't capable of supporting ADSL service. We will notify you if any problems are discovered, however sometimes these issues aren't discovered until the time of installation.
